Zekr Qur’an was made with coding made for Linux, giving it the feel of any other Linux application. It is fully featured with advanced searching, navigation, recitation, and commentary.
Installation – Debian GNU/Linux (based)
- Add extra Debian repositories using the Software Sources application (They are necessary for getting sun-java and some additional fonts and flashplugin). Run the following command to update the your package cache:
sudo apt-get update
- To enable Quran recitation feature and install extra fonts run the following commnads:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree sudo apt-get install ttf-farsiweb

I love the application but for Arabic people like me its kinda complex I hope you have the classical Quran Green Theme which I’m used to also I knew that offline audits are limited to four Readers but thank god my favorite reader al Ghamdi is one of them but I also hoped for Abdel Based Abdelsamad but I read the readme file & it said that in the audio Aya number 22 of al baqarah has a mistake. I download my quran audio from islamweb.net so can I download them & Type AbdelBased Abdelsamad-offline or not.
